Effective date: September 29, 2026. This policy explains what Remove Glare From Photo collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Photos and image processing

Choosing a photo for preview keeps it in your browser. A temporary browser-storage copy may be used when you move from the homepage to a tool. We do not receive that photo merely because you selected it.

AI image processing is not currently enabled. If it is enabled later, the interface will identify when your selected image is sent through our service to an image-processing provider. We will update this policy with the provider and applicable retention details before enabling that feature. R2 object storage is configured for the service but is not currently used to retain user photo uploads.

Account information

If you register with email, we store your email address, display name, verification status, account role, credit balance, and a salted password hash. We never store your original password. Google sign-in provides the basic profile information you authorize, such as your name and email address. Session identifiers are stored in a secure HttpOnly cookie and in Cloudflare KV.

How information is used

We use account information to authenticate you, maintain your account and credits, protect the service against abuse, respond to support requests, and operate and improve the website. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded photos for advertising.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database, session, and object-storage infrastructure. Google provides optional OAuth sign-in. If transactional email, payments, or AI processing are enabled, this policy will identify the relevant provider before those features accept user data.

Retention and security

Account records remain while your account is active or as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. Sessions expire automatically. We use encryption in transit and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing pongagiu@gmail.com. You can also stop using the service and clear local browser data. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, or law.

Children and international use

The service is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in locations where Cloudflare and other disclosed providers operate.
