Effective date: September 29, 2026. By accessing Remove Glare From Photo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use the service

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your photos and permitted use

You retain ownership of your photos. You may upload only content that you own or are authorized to use. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, impersonation, malware, attempts to bypass security, or activity that harms the service or other people.

Editing results

Photo-editing tools can change the appearance of an image and cannot restore detail that was never captured. Results depend on the source image and settings. Review every result before downloading, publishing, or relying on it. Do not present an edited image as an unaltered identity document, evidentiary record, or professional conclusion.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login details, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access needed to protect users or the service.

Credits and payments

Credits and payment processing are not currently enabled for production purchases. Before payments are enabled, pricing, refund terms, payment-provider details, and any applicable taxes will be presented at checkout and these terms will be updated.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or that every edit will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remove Glare From Photo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. You remain responsible for backups and for reviewing edited files.

Changes and contact
